60 find
hi don't know much about 1960 cat but i found one in a garage 22k on it in parts the man who has it said that they race it from 60 to 62 and won the nts in Ind with it has a 389 with 4 bolt mains 4/speed bench red did they make a sd in 60 has tri power and home made headers all the parts are their but all over the place interior looks great glass good just did not know anything about the car he though it had a aluminum hood but no hood to be found any help thanks brody

60 was the 1st year for the real super duty ....also had the 348 hp hot street motor w tri-power. Is this thing for sale or ???????????? Guess I don't have to get into the rare parts issue...do I?

hi steve going back next week he had to go to work got a look at the block from a far 4 bolt mains saw the tri power 4 speed and the in side looks nice what should i look for and did they make a light weight hood thanks for any info

The only lightweight body parts I know about for 60's is a front aluminum bumper.....possibly a rear one too. I never heard of a aluminum hood but don't meant it didn't happen..
