ID:	191314[/ATTACH] Heres what im up against, question, right now the body is just sitting on the frame and the doors are tacked shut for support, If I were to bolt body down would it be a problem removing a door at a time to install braces with that much floor missing? This body had already been on a rotisserie , I had to take it off for transportation purposes. It will be put back on a rotisserie ,I just dont want to warp it up .

My 2 cents-I dont think you have much choice.Braces should have been welded on be fore removeing the first time at least that is what I have done on older lighter weight bodys.Got to be a body man on this forum. Move the thread to pontiac street,we dont have the traffic in 60 and older.

gennaro.....If your inner and outer rockers are in good shape, you should have no problem. Make sure that the body is resting on the frame at all the mounting points, both front and rear. From your pictures, it looks like your front mounts are on the frame. Check all the other points, and shim them if they are not touching the frame......John
