Aftermarket Hood tach

Hi guys, I have a aftermarket Hood Tach from Opg and it got those 2 light bulps in it, but they dont light up anything but a little glimt in the corners,had the original tach a painted transparent plate with the scale on it,it stinks as it is now cant see a sh-t. Svante 400.
