Any problems removing and keeping it removed from the car ?? It was off when I got the car. Thanks

Not unless you have to pass a (visual) emissions test.

No test . Do you just cap off the fuel vent line running back to the tank ??? Thanks

maybe not the best, but i just bent mine in a downward "s" and never had an issue
