Default 65 bonnie windshield washer?

Put a new 10 dollar rebuild kit on it, new hoses. ( Old ones very brittle).

First time together nothing thru it. Found o ring thing not right. Now cannot suck anything thru an output line, but still no wash fluid.

Any ideas as to where to continue looking?

Makes noise at motor when pushing center wash button.

Can suck fluid up thru new hose from resevoir.

Trying to do this on the cheap. Ya, remeber a 67 olds 98 I had. Would stop alot in winter and splash fluid on windshield from a jug when salt spray hit. But that was also 35 years ago.

Did the rebuild kit come with seals for the washer pump? There should be a check valve on the washer pump where the hoses connect and it has a screen. It may need to be cleaned.
