Default Holley HP950 Issue

My Holley is acting up on my TA street car....it will run fine at idle and below 2000 rpm but when you give it gas and I mean gently.. the carb floods out. Have to floor it and crank it until it clears out and then the car will run again.

Any ideas ??

Thanks

Lee

Sounds like the power valve or the gaskets have dried out and now when the main circuit comes in it gets a lot of fuel from the gasket leaks into the boosters vs coming through the jets.

Check for vacuum leaks as well.

What happens if you give it gas by TROMPING the pedal? (i.e., NOT "gently")
