I did on my 2001. You need to replace the entire hub; the bearings are not individually servicable. Auto zone has a Timken hub for around $130, if I remember correctly.

If it's the bearings, why would it squeal only on a sharp right turn?

It's not a tire rubbing is it? or maybe your power streering pump?

wheel bearings usually sound like a growling noise if bad enough will almost sound like an airplane when driving down the road. i would check the disc rotor backing plate for rubbing agianst the rotor the wheel/rotor assy will flex alittle when cornering and make contact.let us know what you find.

I had a bad bearing on my front-wheel driver years ago. At speed it felt/sounded like a buzz from the front wheel.

Took it off and spun the hub by hand and the only thing i was able to notice was a little 'tick' once or twice per revolution. If I were to take it from a pile of hubs, i would actually think it was fine.

Put on a new one and the buzz was gone.

My son had one on a 80's Buick Regal. this one actually was more of a howl and I could feel it when rotating the tire/wheel. Took it off, and again, the hub by itself didn't seem all that bad.

No, but my aunt recently bought a very low miles, like new 01' Yukon and the other day her power steering pump went out. I am not sure if they have repaired it yet or not.
