Default Interior cooling fan

I was at Norwalk this year and seen a couple of cars that had a small electric fan inside the car to cool the driver.

Anyone know where they can be purchased?

I'm tried a just being a viewer, next year my car will get to Norwalk even if I have to push it.

Or any truck stop will have them. Nice to have on a hot summer day in the staging lanes.
