Default Rear quarter replacement from donor panels

I recently picked up some full rear quarter sections from a southern car for my 69. These sections included the full rear quarter panel, the inner and outer wheel houses, trunk floor drop offs as well as sections above the roof joint and some of the rear filler panel. They also still have all of the inner bracing etc. still attached. I plan to replace the rear quarter panels, inner/outer wheel houses and trunk floor drop offs on my car with these panels.
My question is how should I tackle this? Should I drill out the spot welds and take apart the quarter sections and replace the panels one piece at a time (inners, outers, trunk floor, etc) or should I try to leave it all intact and replace them as a whole?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
