Question Intake manifold or Carburetor for Booster?

Which will pull more vacuum, the back off the carburetor or the front of the intake manifold.

Carburetor is Edelbrock 600cmf & Edelbrock Pontiac Intake Manifold.
The engine is stock 350 1968 Lemans.

P.S. Im installing a first time Power Booster 7". Disc front Drums back.

Thanks in advance.
