I went through my PHS collection and I had 4 cars (lower-upper-int):
Midnight Green-Limelight Green-Gold (auto AC car) Matador Red-Cameo White-Red (4spd car) Matador Red-Cameo White-Red (auto AC car) Palladium Silver-Cameo White-Parchment buckets (auto AC car) That last one sounds odd, silver and white sound a bit mismatched. The definition of rare: A Judge with two tone-special order paint, wonder if they made one?

John, I have a 69 GTO parts car that is Palladium Silver/Cameo White 2-tone w/Parchment and A/C and I have the PHS. I wonder if it's the same PHS that you have?
There was a CR Judge at the Nationals this year with a white painted roof. |

A little bit of a tangent, but please humor me -
I've seen some of y'all say that you have quite a number of PHS files (I believe one individual said something like 300!)... How do you do that? Is that just from cars you've bought and sold? If you see a car at a show somewhere that interests you do you jot the VIN down and run the PHS? Do you purchase all these or is there some other deal? I have probably 5 or 6, from the cars I own and a couple from some research projects. That's why I ask. Thanks, K

That would be me, I have about 350 69 GTO PHS's.
They come from cars I've owned, people sending them to me and mostly from finding them on the net in classified adds and eBay. If anyone would like to send some more my way, please by all means do so. The reason I collect them is a mixture of too much free time and an inquisitive mind, mostly the former. I have them all entered into a data base, gives some interesting info.

I have a 69 GTO Hardtop car that I dragged out of a guys bush back in 2001.
It is a Midnight Green with a Verdoro Green painted roof with Green interior. Standard 350 Horse, M20 4 speed car with Nodular 3:55 posi. Rally II's, in dash tach and guages ,PS,P Disc Brakes,Am Radio Console,Wood wheel. It would have been a very nice, hard running GTO back in the day. Parts car now |
