Default Need help with front suspension

We istalled RARE manifolds with new 2.5" head pipes over christmas. The new pipes hang down a bit further than the 2" pipes that were on previously. As a result, when the vehicle encounters a down sloping bump with an upswing, the pipes scrape as the car sinks and then rises on the other side of the bump. Any ideas how we can stiffen the front suspension. The car has A/C delco shocks on it and the springs are about 3 yrs old. It is an A?C car if this helps at all. Thanks.
