Default Wacky oil pressure gauge

I noticed something the other day while bleeding the brakes in my '71 T/A that I thought I'd share. The ignition was off, the key wasn't even in the switch. When I pressed the brake pedal to bleed the brakes, the oil pressure gauge needle moved counterclockwise some. The tail lights did illuminate, and I assume this is normal for the car (with the ignitio off). I'm not aware of any connection between the oil pressure gauge and the tail lights, so I've probably got a short somewhere. The oil pressure gauge reads normal while the engine is running, and I've not noticed any other "quirks" in the electrical system to date. If anyone has anything to offer I'm very williing to listen, otherwise I'll retrace everything later this spring when I replace the dash. Thanks to all, you guys are the greatest source of help a fella could ask for. Alan

don't bother, this is not a problem if the ignition is off or if the engine is not running.
