After reading Al Swearingen and Shadowjack's posts, I figured I'd take a shot in the dark. Not interested in selling it, but a reunion is another story.

It was rebuilt in Tacoma in 77, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's somewhere in the Pacific Northwest - if it's still around.

LOL, Naaahh, only the right engine will do. Just think of the possibilities though if this forum could get people together willing to swap engines around in the name of reuniting cars and engines. Just call it, "Reunions" people (willing to do it) could put what they have and what they need. Refering only to engine numbers. like my example:

I have: "WS" 441316 dated C037
I need; "WS" 063121

I'd be willing to swap WSs with someone either to get my WS or let someone else get theirs as long as it was theirs, and they had another to swap, until eventually whp knows, maybe get my engine ;-) I know, this be a WILD thought.

I have a '67 WS. The car could very well be out there, especially in this day and age of resurrections.

No I won't sell it to anyone else.

Doug,
I don't blame you for not selling, but what if someone had an equal to swap/part trade$$$ and you had they're numbers engine? Would you consider?

Absolutely I would. I'd like to help the owner out. I just meant I won't sell it to someone that wanted a correct non-original motor. I may have a 67 HO car someday.

I know this is an old thread, but did you find a home for that block? I have a WS B027 block, but my car was built in Oct 66.
