I had a 69 WQ RAIII engine rebuilt carb to pan by Paul Spotts. The work performed was exceptional. I mean I turned this engine over to him with a prayer that it may one day live. This engine was laying in a barn totally disassembled since 1972. My only hope was that it may reside once again in it's 69 TA body. Paul took upon the task and completed it beyond my expectations. The engine was cleaned, magnafluxed, assembled, tested, and detailed to original specs.
I reinstalled it back into it's soulmate after almost 30 years of seperation. Thanks once again Paul. Your workmanship and enginuity, no pun intended, ....well, maybe a little, was above and beyond the call of duty. Another Pontiac destined for the scrape heap is salvaged. Thanks again Paul.

I recently sent my 65 tripower to Paul Spotts for his rebuild service. He estimated 3 weeks; I received it back in 7 days ! While I have not fired the carbs yet, all workmanship appears excellent. The coloring of the carbs to originality is outstanding. All correspondence and payment was done via email adding to the simplicity of the transaction. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

I got a sneak preview of the WQ in partial assy. Looked real good. Paul is skilled and organized to handle highly detailed work.

Paul was always extremely nice and eager to help with anything he could. I have only purchased from him but he's still a pleasure to deal with...and the man has a brass set of balls to ride that FE.

Actually, I thought that he had them replaced with aluminum for a weight reduction.

Just which thing down in front are you referring to, Mark?

I need my 68 GTO QJ restored and rebuilt. From what I've read here I'm sending it to Paul. Besides all the positive comments from other pontiac owners, the pictures on his website of his carb work looked fantastic.

Herdswoman, that was classic. I'll vote for you to take Misus' place.

I'm another satisfied customer! After talking to Paul about different engine set-ups and how to clean up heads, I ordered parts to put a 462 into my 65. Paul went out of his way to get me the best prices available. Paul is truly a great asset to our hobby. Plus, his promotional license plate looks great on the front of my truck. I've had Paul Spotts do some work on my 68 firebird and we got to talking.... he remebered who owned the car before me from when he was at Performance Years! His prices and info have been invaluable! To top it off one of his daughters actually washed my car before I picked it up!! He's tops in my book!!
