Is any one looking for some fabricated aluminum valve covers. GOBRDGO will soon have Strelka Built Valve covers adorning his Pontiac.

My friend Mark is a very talented craftsman. We are working on an affordable fabricated set. I'm pretty stoked about owning a pair myself. Of course there are bitchin ones available now, but I know Mark can make a reasonable price a reality. Speak now if you know of any features your custom dream set might include.

I'll have pictures and prices in a few weeks. I am currently working on the all new StrelkaBuilt.com website which will be up hopefully next week. All of the information will be there for the fabricated valve covers.

Strlkabuilt- Its been awhile but here on this board there was a discussion about fabricated alum valve covers and their design. There was some input by various people as to what they would like to see if allowed to design a set. Well worth the effort to read if designing your own to sell.

yeah i started the topic a few months back about the lack of quality pontiac valve covers at a reasonable price, some people wanted stock low profile while others wanted tall race style for race engines running shaft rockers or stud girdles, preferably something without a logo on it too, just a nice polished piece with decent craftsmanship in the fit and seal area

Here's what I would look at in a cover as a serious potential buyer.
A.
1. price, I know its a lot of labor, hard to get around that.
2. good thick no-warp flange
3. An option for the breather hole location and size might be useful
4. logos, I want a plain cover, no advertising.
5. An option for custom engraving would appeal to many but not me.
6. Possible anodizing or full polish option
B.
If it can be done, a lower priced valve cover spacer would sell to people like me who actually prefer a stock tin cover but have height issues

Hey dude, how close are you to Mars Hill??I am thinking about moving up there,my inlaws are from there and have a huge farm and lots of land, the only problem I have is I don't think there is a Dragstip in that Area??By the way I would be interested if the price is right.Make sure they are tall enough and have provisions for an evac kit......
