I got ready for the races and they were cancelled due to weather. So I took some pictures of my car. It's been 1 1/2 years since I've gotten to race it. I just finished the sheet metal work. It was pretty hard to do- Wish I were racing! Oh well here are some pictures.
This would also be a good time to thank those on this board that helped me with some exellent parts a good prices.

Nice looking sheet metal work...

I am in the same boat, Jan, Feb and Mar were busy enough to keep me from getting bored (5 or 6 races), especially after the engine in my truck bought the farm. I had a three day thrash to get it finished in order to make a race early in Mar. Now my car and my truck are ready to go without a scheduled race until 4/9...

At least the sun is shining, second day straight...

I like the wheels too, beautiful car. If the evolution continues I'll probably cut up my 70 someday too.

Dont cut up a 70, 78-81's are more plentiful. I have an extra 81 TA that Would look great like that. The wheels are cool, possibly way heavy but cool none the less.

Is it full frame now? Was it a kit or home fab? How heavy is it now?

Here is what I have to work with:

The wheels were done in sothern California. I can't remember where. It's been about 5 or 6 years.
The black car is a 1964 Kellison it a fun car I just got.
The frame is two halves. The rear is 1 3/4 tubular and the front is 2x3. I call it frankinstien as much as I have cut it up.
Thank you for the complements. I was hoping to see some other pics of work you guys may have done, to learn how to do it better next time. Has any one done it before? I did the carpet deal to keep it quieter, but the carpet also is hiding some small mistakes that I didn't want to fix. It was a hard job and I was getting tired of it.
