I bought a set of the D-521 Headers though Tom Hand recently. I just wanted everyone to know that these headers fit great. They clear everything

A comment on Doug's headers:
I just installed Doug's round port headers on my 76 T/A. The headers look great and the fit is perfect. The car is a 4 speed with A/C and there were absolutely no fitting issues during the installation. The backdrive rod that operates the shifter lock and backup lights wasn't supposed to fit but even that is hooked up now. These are the best headers I've ever owned. |

How did you transition past the crossmember? Mine are positioned about 8 inches outside the hump of the crossmember.
