Can anyone tell me the steps involved in re-leading the pillar posts. I am sure you guys have all the tricks and shortcuts that will make my life easy.

By the time you buy all the supplies and deal with the risks, you'd be better off using conventional filler. If it's just cracked, you might reflow it with a MAPP gas torch.
I had someone who leaded everyday on a body line teach me leading 20 years ago and I've never seen a need to put all those tools and supplies to work since then. John

There is nothing quick about leading!
Especially learning this art. After spending countless hours of practicing and actual work on cars, I'm still learning. At times it's extremely aggravating, but when you get it right, it's awesome!
