LOL . . . give it a few years. I like the log in front of the rear tire so you don't roll away.

I'm putting the engine and tranny in this week. Thats why Summer vacation is great! Do you guys think I should put the engine in, than install the clutch and transmission. or put the transmission in than the engine? Can I bolt the clutch to the flywheel than install the engine with my transmision already in? I just took the engine out an hour ago to install exhaust manifolds the flywheel and the pilot bearing. I hope to have it running by the end of summer once i have the drive train in I just have to wire it, bleed the brakes and get a shifter. once i do I'll show you pictures of me driving it aroud the block in a motorcycle helmet!

thanks
matt

Blue you don't need no stinking engine, you you look right at home in that car as it is . You could even take the tires off and put in the middle of the street up on jacks. (as long as you are still in the captains seat steering her along).

Jughead, looks like you need to replace the rear springs. Way too low in the back. That will help the front. Good luck.

Maybe that's where he's got the rest of the parts for the car! Just take the bumpers, glass, and other stuff out of the trunk - and it'll sit nice! (What - you guys don't carry/store all your extra parts in the trunk?)

Thats Your Garage! It looks your GTO threw up in there! LOL

Now I don't feel so bad about my Garage!

The front end on your GTO will set down a lot further once you put the engine, transmission and front bumper on it!You do look like your having a great time in it while making VaRooom Noises!

That smile will only get bigger!

Get some boxes, Number them and start putting parts in them. Write down in a notebook, what went into which box.
Nothing like not being able to find a part, then Buying a new one, Then finding it later under all that stuff in the garage.
Ask me how I know....

Cool car man, We have all been at that stage of our Restoration.... Remember it's only Money.
