Anyone heard of these??? They offer a soundbyte on the website and it isn't too bad. A rather distinctive sound in a world of Flowmasters.

Seems like evryone is running those 'coffins' out here now. They are becomming the rage.

Just curious...Robert

I have a set I bought a year ago for my 79TA and I LOVE them. They have an older muscle car sound to them. They rumble nice when you're sitting at the red light, and you can really hear them when you take off or rev the motor (even on a stock 403).

I especially like the fact that they're almost an inch shorter than Flowmasters and a heavier guage metal. I like the black color of them too. Ground clearence is an issue with TA's and I haven't scraped them once. I recommend them.

I have a set on my white '70. They sound great. The motor is completely stock. I bought a set for my blue '70, but took them off because they sounded too loud and a little like glass packs. My '70 motor has a ram air 4 cam and doug's headers. I think they work best with a stock engine.

Hey Streetking, Since you are in Austin too I would love to listen to these mufflers that everone is talking about in person. Would be happy to buy you a few cocktails or something. I am presently shopping for new exhaust for my '67 GTO

What is the website? I would like to find some mufflers for my turbo, need to free up the exhaust to let the turbo spin a little easier.

There must be a lot of TA people in Texas. I have met 3-4 (My wife is from the valley, we live in WA)
