I have several (6) 8-lug rims and the rim is so rusty that it will not hold air when a tire is mounted. The 8-lug mounting rings are ok.

I'd like to have the 8-lug plates cut out and re-welded into new wheels. Does anybody know of a source where I can ship my 8-lug wheels and have them made into 15" wheels and maybe wider?

Thanks

Who knows what ever happened to that little thing in this pig pen. I will probably find it in about 10 years on my closet floor. I would check with Greenes

My name is Larry Smith out in Denver Colorado. I have had 3 sets of rims made by a guy in Denver. All seemed to be way better than originals. Drop me an email and I will look up his card. I think its called tru-design out in Arvada or Golden. He is kinda pricey but they sure are nice. The finished product was a 15x7 and it cost me about $120 ea and that included the gloss black powdercoating. Call if you want at 303 828 3484. I have a set on my 62 Cat. I get LOTS of positive remarks on them.

BOP has 15" 8 lugs on their website, but they are pricey.

Did you try a wire wheel on the rim? Try that.
