8.24 163.8 3060 with 12* slippage in the converter and 1300 rpm drop on the gear change. Needless to say the converter is wrong.

I would love to help further develop that motor with who ever takes it.

Dang man, it's 1100+ hp any way you cut it. Why are you parting with it? Very well done on the engine sir!

You are not! I'm not accepting that answer from a hard core Pontiac guy with your talent and capability. No way. I'll help you any way I can to make your Pontiac package more competitive. I'm not accepting the SB2 answer, NFW bro!

I can make more power and race 225 lbs lighter. There is no other choice.
I would love to stay Pontiac but only way that can happen is with rule changes in multiple classes, and that wont happen.

You can make all the horsepower you want on that happy a$s dyno of yours but you are still going to spin!!!

1132HP, I guess Leech must be making 1100HP too since he was right on your a$s without all that high-tech BS!!!

I thought you were making a billet head Pontiac that would save our souls from getting dragged down the track by Chevys and fords?

Damn, plan B.

Default Disappointing

Wow, I hate to see you switch. You've come so far development wise with this head in a short period of time. I think I would exhaust all options weight rule wise before I would go another engine brand route, especially since I believe at heart you are a Pontiac guy. Regardless, your research and development on heads and intakes are top rate.

You should just sell your whole car and get a Camaro then. Your Firebird is beautiful and doesn't deserve a ****rolet in it.

At 250 lbs less race weight it might.

Maybe the SB2 R&D work is a better fit for his business and clientele?

Just hard to take a fast Pontiac leaving our shrinking ranks.

Good luck on the new build regardless.
