I am going to order instruction sheet for trunk lid but to settle debate....can someone tell what is the procedure for jacking frony end to change flat????? My body man and I were argueing about my original front bumper and original jack [img]redface.gif[/img]

First of all, I would not use an original jack for anything, except for showing it in the trunk at car shows. But if you want to know what Pontiac intended, the 1969 Pontiac owners manual states "The hook on the jack frame should be firmly positioned in the slot on the bottom edge of the bumper, on the side to be raised." Instructions are identical for the rear bumper.
