I bought a set of Hurst repros from them and they delivered a quality product to my door in one piece and without issue.

Great place to deal with. Every part that i couldnt get at NAPA for my 69 gto came from the parts place. I agree that matt or sean are the people to talk to.

I do 90% of my ordering from PY, but I had a 10% off coupon and did place a big order with TPP and it arrived without issue. Also ended up with a set of their Hurst wheels and they are quite nice.

I have heard some horror stories though...

I too have bought about a dozen or so parts from them. Their parts quality is top notch and they ship the parts rather fast.

If you search this site I'm sure you hear LOTS of stories. It's 50/50 on experiences with them from what I've seen. I'm also on a few other sites and it's the same there, 50/50 on experiences.

thats a first. I've seen first hand some of their "top notch" quality and it is garbage. After removing all the metal shavings from intake ports, LOTS of work was needed to get the intake to line up correctly. Lots of other things like bolt kits aren't even close. However, I have seen some real nice items, like sport wheel center caps. so again, it's 50/50.

If your talking about the 1969 and 1970 Ram Air system. The 'New' reproduction that was -just- released is by far the best quality and accurate Ram Air pans on the market. I recently installed one and compared to an original it is absolute correct. The ones at Warpath are nice but the Parts Place is right on(by the way some of the items sold by Warpath in there kits are from Parts Place!).

Default 69/70 RAM AIR

this has to be parts place or a friend of theres because what he's saying is just not true. the only thing that comes from parts place is the hood scoops and that is why they are not included in the system. they are imported from whereever. i know this for a fact because i work at WARPATH. at WARPATH we don't hide behind fictitious names or secret id.

I've got one of their fiberglass 69 Trans Am hoods. Oh mama, what a piece of work that thing was. The fiberglass scoop inserts did not fit worth a damn and the edges were full of bondo. I don't know how many hours went into making that thing work but it was a lot.
