Default 64 GTO resto

Time for the second resto on my 64 GTO (every 25 yrs or so). who makes the best interior parts and where to go for wood steering wheel resto?

Ken,if the BEST it would be SMS,next best would be Legendary.I think there was a thread on here about restoration of the wheel.Tom

Ken, is the THE legendary 64 with all the cool HO Racing bits? I remember a magazine article with a road test I think against a corvette?

Anyways, I agree with Tom, but would also add that for a 64 I think the Legendary covers are really good. Installation, and using the correct foam and products to restore the frames are also really important. I used a guy names Ben Rambow '"The classic seat guy" for mine and am very happy with the results.
