I have a 64 Catalina Safari wagon with very poor rust repair on the front panel quarter in the bottom-rear-lower corner. Does anyone make a patch panel for this area? Every other Catalina I've seen (that hasn't been restored) has major rust (or a rust repair) in that same area so I haven't been able to find donor panels.
Thanks, Rick |

You should be able to form a small panel out of an old piece of sheet metal but doubt seriously you will find any patch panels for a wagon.

Yeah, its gonna have to be fabricated and welded on.
Give me a thumbs up, tell me "Nice Car!", but for god's sake, don't call it an Impala. |

You might find patches for an Impala that may be close enough to work.

Find another fender (we call them mudguards over here) which is also bad. They rarely rust ABOVE the lower seam line so if you cut out the section above the seam line and turn it over, it makes a very good patch panel.
The shape is identical Experiance is that marvellous thing that makes you recognise a mistake when you make it again.
