Dancolcate, you needed to speak to Darcie on the phone. This has been going on since Larry's death. She has pursued this for months on her own and has no family besides her youngest son who is only 18 years old.

As I posted in the Lobby:

And to go along with Amy's comments, it's not only that Darcie wanted to distance herself from Ray. It's that he still owes her parts and money.

And this thread helped Pitch 400 get the money for his car that Ray's been holding for the past 5+ weeks without paying for.

In all honesty, Ray did a lot of very good things to help Darcie after Larry's passing. But at the same time he took advantage of the situation as well. I'm sure his intentions were good, but as Ray's shown in the past, his priorities are not always in the right place.

Sorry folks, you are satisfying yourselves. Please re-read what Darcie wrote. This public display is not what Darcie wanted or the reason for her post. She has publicly asked that everyone "calm down and try to understand why i did this". She did not ask for a hanging, she did not ask for details of YOUR dealings or personal opinions of Ray.

You have entirely missed the point.

I hope Ray knows how much I appreciate the help and support he gave me from the start. That is totally separate from what is going on now. Anything I have done or said has been totally honest and genuine. I just expected that back from a friend.

he's racing instead ofpaying his debts.

he's remodelling his house instead of paying his debts.

he's been holding parts instead of paying debts.

he took pitch 400's car with the i'll pay later story. it's fortunate that mike w [ponchoshop] was in the position to bail him out on this deal by buying the car.

it sounds to me like there are still issues unresolved here. when ray pays everyone off and returns all the parts then it's resolved.

But is the right place or the right way to do it?

A few emails, phone calls, or PM's would have had the same effect without putting all this on a public forum.

I think Im gonna side with Dan on this. Why would the mods let this go on?? This has turned out to be a bash fest. As an active PY's board participant, I hate to see this type of thing.

I dont know Darcie, I didnt know Larry and I dont know Ray. But this is certainly a family matter and should be handled behind the scenes in a more appropriate manner.

Mike, Listing all of Rays faults (true or not true) adds so much more fuel to the fire. As a Mod, you are representing PY's and this forum. INstead of adding, there should be more moderation.

I know this comment is gonna come back and bite me in the a**, but if Ray was well known for handling himself this way, than why was he given the opertunity to handle anything with this? If he was a known scammer, than it seems like both parties are at fault here. Which makes my point stronger!!

# 3 there was never a payment problem or term problem between me and Pitch for his car and as far as I Know he has no problems with the deal we made I posted one of my cars for sale and was going to buy his with the money from that

# 6 Darcie received all of the money from any sale within 1 hour to 3 days depending on when I saw her with the exception of the car apparently there is some misunderstanding between her and I about how the Deposit was handled, but she does have it now.

#7 all board members who bought or donated made checks out to Darcie as they were told to from the beginning. Except 1 for 100.00 which they made out to me and I cashed and gave to her the next day . that was way back before everyone was told where or how to make it out

I have not taken or sold anything of Darcies for any profit of my own I was trying to help and apperantly I didn’t do that so Im sorry if I hurt Darcie and Im sorry I wasted my time. She has her money and Ill have the Parts back by the weekend.
