Default Need one 1.66 valve

I’ve been looking for one 1.66 original type valve for a 69 350 head. I only need one and can’t seem to find the original type with the o ring type. I just have this one valve that leaks. It’s pitted pretty bad. I tried lapping it but no luck. I did find a t2850 valve on eBay and bought it but it the 1.96 larger valve. Any help is appreciated.

I have several very good used ones here .
They are about 5” in overall lenght.

If you can’t find or want a new one shoot me a PM and I will freshen up the seat on my grinder and sent it to you.

Is that overall length measured with the valve face cleaned up?

Sealed power list two different 1,66” exh valve lengths for a 69 350 or 400.

v-1823 is 5.082” tall.

V-1832 is 4.984” tall.

Both of these I see right now on EBay.

Oh boy. Ok I’ll have my dad clean them and measure all four. Does that small difference actually matter. It’s so close.

Either one would work for you depending on some factors, like what head gasket are you using when you reassemble the motor?

What is the casting number of the heads you have?

Well the casting is rusted to the point where we think it’s a 17. Or 47. As for the gasket. It had a felpro 8259 gasket when it was removed.

I planned on putting the butler gaskets. The universal one. I forget the part number.

The valve I have is exactly 5.015” long, so it’s fine to use.
Let me know if you want it.
