Seems like it`s burning oil on those 2 center cyls.

Surprised Morris went so heavy on timing issues and ignored plug heat ranges.

Not a lot of time on the plugs, but so far I would say that the straps show one too hot of heat range. There's a little bit of an oil control problem on #3 and more on #7. Swap a couple of your cleanest plugs to cylinders #3 and #7 when you put them back in. Also check plug wires on #3 and #7 to insure the fouling isn't an ignition problem.

Would probably not take any action right now and get more miles on the plugs and drive it harder. Then avoid idle time after a spirited run and pull the plugs out.
