69 Pontiac A Order Form
Does anyone have a copy of this form they can make a high resolution scan of or .pdf?
I think there are two or three pages, I have lost mine.

Found this by Google. Not sure how great they will be to read.
Will look some more later on. Anyone who has a modern day PHS packet for a 69 should have the copies. http://www.phs-online.com/1969judge.html |

I have PHS docs on my cars but those order docs are interesting. Searched and found one posted by Diego but that was for 68 Big Pontiacs. Love to see a 68 A-Body one! Anyone direct me to one?

Bill absolutely add it; however that is the best scan I can get as it is legal sheet and impossible to scan the full thing.
Might add that RAIV rocker deal too if he give us permission
|

Why does the option sheet not show option 494? Or how do you decipher 494 in the list? This is for a 69 gto. Thanks and not trying to be off topic. |

492 is Deck Release.
I would assume just like 381 is for Power Antenna, tricky listing of codes by Pontiac. So what is 494? |

Sorry I missed that 494 is rally stripe. This is on my ram air 3 car that was ordered with the judge stripe but not a real judge. It is listed on the build sheet.
