Hotchkis Trailing (brace) arms
Has anyone installed part #1402 trailing arms in a '68 to '70 GTO and run into interference problems with bottom pan and mufflers. It is going into a convertible. Any eperiences would be appreciated.

I installed them on my '65 and they hit the mufflers. I turned the mounting bolts around so that the head was by the mufflers and the threads were hidden in the frame - that gained me a little clearance, maybe 3/4 of an inch. To get the rest of the room I needed, I had to rotate the mufflers to about a 30-degree angle. Luckily it was a new system, so that was no big deal.
