Question VIN Tags

Who repros the door jamb VIN tags for early GTO's?

Reproducing VIN tags is illegal. If the VIN is missing under certain circumstances the State will issue a State Assigned VIN.

I bought a truck that didn't have a vin tag checked the frame numbers to the title and that was good. went and had to get a inspection then someone from the state came and put the replacement vin sticker on

I think the OP means the stamped VIN plate in the front jamb of the drivers side door.

Kevin Marti makes them all the time for Fords. I'm sure there are limitations, but I don't thinks it's 100% illegal.

He probably makes the warranty plate that affixes to the door. These plates do have the vin number on them but says not for identification. The vin on 60s Fairlane, Mustang, Falcon and others is stamped on the right side front fender apron thru 67.
