Default Posi Ring Gear Spacer

Any idea what a "reasonable" price is for the spacer I'll need to go from 2.73 to 3.55 gears in my 10-bolt posi? I checked our host catalog but didn't see it listed. Are these readily available?
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Default spacer

I got mine on ebay for $15. I got lucky. I bought some new bolts for it just to be safe.
I got some good info from a guy in Florida, maybe he has one. 561-756-7398 or 1-800-525-1963 his name is Andy. They do make thicker gears for a 2 series to 3. This would be stronger than a spacer.

Check Summit they use to sell the old Mr. Gasket stock.
I've had some old timer tell me they are junk due to bolt shear and I've had some say if you tac weld them you will be ok.
I almost used one but found a complete rear.

Cheers

Default SHEAR IT OFF

Had to retrieve our 65 GTO from Laguna Beach, Ca as all the bolts sheared of a 3.70 gear installed with the plate. I would not do that. The ring has no index flange to align it and provide some support. Just get the right carrier for it. I may have one out back with 3.70 gears.
