Default FALL MUSCLE CAR nATIONALS - SHOW & GO

This is supposed to be held at Lebanon Valley in NY. The web page says it's on 10/13 in one spot, and 10/20 in another. Does anyone know which is correct? If it's on 10/20, is anyone going? I'm thinking about it.

I'm thinking about it. I'm having ankle surgery on Tuesday. So I won't be able to drive for a while. And I've always wanted to race at the track. So maybe Sunday will be the day.

with your car pictured on the flyer, I hope you show up. but with only a small corner of Jeremy's car showing, he has an excuse.

looks like whoever made that, likes Pontiacs.

I'm not going to be able to make it. I'm on call this week, and have been getting hammered with phone calls. Got woken up in the middle of the night for something stupid. Didn't get back to sleep until 6:30 and and just got up an hour ago.

I did go to Ames yesterday and got a tour of their newer building. Also went to Steve Ames to see his collection. So it wasn't a totally lost weekend.

I didn't make brake problems and a party for my buddy the night before made it imposing it impossible to get ready in time.

Hope you guys had a good day at the track though.

Car was on the trailer, strapped down & the truck was packed but a party the night before made it impossible for me to go too.

How'd you do Jeremy?

it was a nice day. ok turn out, but kind of surprised it wasn't a little better. being it's close to the end of the year. there were some really fast turbo cars, but didn't seem to get down the track.

saw Jeremy run a 12.75 then a .95 (think he spun) how was the track?

do you know who the guy with the nice '70 T/A? it had CT plates.

The weather looked fantastic, was a pretty stiff headwind most of the day though. There were a lot of oils downs/breakage that caused havoc- including the idiot that broke something at the starting line and continued all the way down the track!. That clean up took a while. The wind also seemed to be messing with the timing system too.

I seemed to be the only one having trouble hooking up. I only got one half decent launch all day, the 12.75 run. I spun every other time at the line- it's too bad too- the air was pretty good and I got the best MPH I've ever gotten at LVD.

Jeremy, those pictures look more like paintings or is it my PC.

The color of your car looks off.

The first one is just the brilliant fall sunshine, the second one the photographer played with the effects a little.

Im surprised you couldn't hook its an all new surface and most call it the new house of hook!

Could be tall the street tires were tearing up the track surface laid down by the slick cars. Is your front end nice and loose? Remove the serations off the bushings etc?
