Default 69 seatbelts

Looking for some pictures of correct, standard seatbelts for front / rear, lap / shoulder, male and female ends. Did both male and female female ends have date / part number labels. Thanks in advance

From a 69 Firebird but they are the same as a GTO. There were a few different suppliers and note the date code on the inside of the buckle.

John, how do those letters and numbers in the buckle decode? I did not know there was anything there. Now I gotta go look at mine.

Thanks for sharing !!!!

I'm not sure, never really noticed them before. Only the plastic buckle belts have them. The car they are in is a spring 69 firebird and all the buckles have the same code. I also noticed that the rear tongues (but not the front recoiling tongues) have a similar code.

Either they are a date code, likely the 44th week of 68 or it is a part number for that part inside the buckle. I'm inclined to think it's a date code.

All my other cars have either the deluxe belts or the big car standards which are a different style so I can't compare to my other sets.

I do have a few spares though and they are both 1(or I) H 14 71. Probably of a 71 or early 72 car but I don't recall where I got them.

I have Robbins 6704's in my 68. There were dates on the sewn on tags, but no stampings on the buckles or tongues. For some reason I thought that started in 69 or 70?

Heres a few picts of my 1968's There could be a date under the plastic, but I don't see anything besides the sewn on patch.
