Putting the LS into the 71 is so wrong it's not worth mentioning. But I wonder how much he would take without the hood & the chebby drive train. Hopefully he have the correct dash cluster to. It really amazes me how some think this kind of thing is a good deal. They take a car thats really good looking & make it into a nightmare. I think I'll buy a 69 camaro & put a ford 302 in it just to see how many slam me for disgracing the brand. You never see that & I don't think you'll ever see a Mopar with a chebby engine it it either. But I wish it would happen just to prove a point. The same guys who are, even guys on here that think it's ok to put a junk LS into a 2 gen bird because there lighter & easier to build up for more power for the pro touring thing would I'm sure slam someone for doing it. 2 faced.

Wow! That '75 may end up our big winner. At least someone put it out of its misery. Wait,...that can't be real. Gotta be a Photoshop job.

Please tell me that the nose is so high because there's no engine present!
Plus the trunk is low cause it's full of stolen stereo gear.....

Yah!! If he wanted a centered scoop look, he should have just sourced a '76 Formula hood,......IMHO.

Here is the reverse mentality..... 76 made ala 70-75. I personally think this really works. Gives me ideas if I ever repaint.

It DOES look Targa! That guy did nice and creative with hood, so a unique Targa very possible. I am glad this thread came up, I have been looking for that pic for future reference on hood design. I like it a lot for modded yet stockish look. The set back on nostrils gives a cool effect. I would fab some cool real openings.

That 71 you posted is Car Craft City
