Default 4 piston calipers

I rebuilt my calipers on my '68 Firebird. Calipers are install and was bleeding the system.The caliper on the pass. side is leaking? O ring? Any suggestions? Thanks Scott

Maybe nicked (or rolled a seal if square cut) putting it together.

If they are same/similar to Vette brakes....the cylinder walls have porosity/corrosion pits and this lets fluid slip by the o-ring/seal....that's why all 63-82 Vettes have the cylinder bores with stainless sleeves to solve this problem.

My calipers were resleeved with s.s. I opened it up. It looks like one of little o rings was a little compressed? Going to try again with new o rings. It's a poor design! I found some o rings used for hydraulic app. Are a couple mills thicker. Thanks. I'll keep you posted.

Took the caliper apart. Found that the caliper piston seal/lip folded over. Ordered a new seal. I guess 7 out of 8 wasn't too bad for my first timer? lol! It's crazy how many brake line leaks I had at first.
