Yeah, I was being facetious. There's no possible way to know how many have survived.

Naah, no sarcasm. Was having fun more than being negative. I try to be gracious when it comes to cars because this hobby is full of all kinda of people and there's room for everyone.

My 70 GT-37 orginaly came with a bench seat, right now it has buckets.I want to put a bench seat back in.The 4speed shifter comes through the floor,is there some kind of boxed console with a shifter boot on it mine is missing. Were can I get one of there small consoles? Thanks

I think PY has them. If not others do. It is simply a pc of stamped steel that attaches to the floor and goes under the carpet. A boot goes in it and a chrome ring attaches through the carpet into the top of it.
Check out any non console 4 speed.

I've been reading some info on the 70 GT-37's and it says that the top dog motor was a RAlll with out the ram air.Now the motor I have is a 400 350.Did these cars really come with the RAlll or was the 350hp 400 the top motor?

Sawruk has claimed that the engines were RAIII, but my friend's car, who's engine's VIN is off by one, has the 350hp engine. I believe the AMA engine guide also states this. I think Sawruk is wrong.

What is considered a 'Post Car'? Is that another term for a soft top?
Plus, did the GTO D-Port 400's come with the GT-37's with an available GTO 455? They were the 4bbl versions right?

A POST car is when you open the door there is a frame left around the window, not like a hardtop.Yes, you could get a 400 GT-37,but no 455 in the GT-37 until '71.

Also no post car GT-37 in '71 only hardtop even though a post car was in brochure.

The 70 GT-37 came either in a post or HT.Was the post cars more popular?Because it seems that every picture that I've seen,it's been a post car.
