LS power with ease
This is why I like the modern cars with LS power..
Nothing fancy over stock and can be driven daily with ease. I have a V2 coupe..they weigh 4200lbs so thats getting it! https://youtu.be/VRHBX8WIj-I Last edited by Scott Roberts; 03-31-2022 at 09:05 AM. |

It's very impressive for 376ci @ 4200lbs.. I'm not at that level yet but I'm making 687 at the wheels with a cam and bolt on parts...

The engineers at GM really did there homework when they designed this platform. The power that SBE stuff is capable of handling is remarkable. I really don't wanna put one in my Pontiac, but the idea of spending 10k where 1k will get the same result is appalling as well...(just random numbers for comparison sake)

I'm not personally a fan of cross breeding.. I would rather have a 2 barrel 389 in a Pontiac than a 600hp LS.. that's just me.. don't fault anyone for making that swap..all a personal choice. |
