Default Need help with front valance

I am putting together a 70 bird, and am placing the lower valance on the front end. I have no brackets to mount the bolt bracket behind the turn signal buckets into, and have no supports for the jack slots. This was a drag car for years and I am sure that the the jack brackets were lost for weight. The lower valance was dinged up pretty good and only had 2 bolts holding it in when I bought it.
What is supposed to bolt the valance onto the radiator core support and what do the brackets look like? Or, are there brackets from the bumper? And the jack support brackets also?
This is the valance without the top support that would bolt to the bottom of the bumper. This type has holes behind the turn signal buckets put nothing to attach to, and one bolt behind the license plate bracket.
Would appreciate some pics and guidance.

I also cannot find a pic that shows what should be there.
If anyone has any of these let me know.

the right and left sides bolt to the brackets at the bottom, front of each fender. There is also a triangular shaped bracket in the center that attaches to the vertical brace on the core support.

Hope this pic helps 1970 core support , other stuff is 72FF.
Jack slots are on the Endura bumper itself
The front fenders have a bracket on each spot welded to the bottom for the bolt in back of the parking light on the core support.
