Default How much for a 421?

A friend is trying to sell a 1966 421......I don't know the block code but he does and says it's the lower HP version....it's a complete longblock and the heads are 092s, but they might have been replaced due to the date codes on the heads vs. the date on the block.......Other than this, it doesn't appear to have been disturbed....the timing chain cover has no corrosion, oil pan hasn't been off.......I'm trying to help him establish an asking price.....I was thinking around 16-1800....sound about right or no?

Thanks.....
