Default WTB Solstice

Looking locally and nearby in the SE South Dakota region.
$7000 to $12,000 range for decent car. 50,000 to 60,000 miles more or less.
CarFax clear, clean, and mechanically sound.
Prefer yellow, any color but silver and red considered.
This car is for wife and I to enjoy cruising in our golden years.
Scammers need not respond!

Bring a Trailer seems to have nice low mileage Solstices every few weeks. Might want to keep an eye out.

Also later in the month the annual Solstice and Sky meet will be in Rapid City. I will have my LS2 car there.

https://www.nassam2022.com/

There may be some good cars for sale there?

Also there are usually a few Solstices for sale on the Solstice Forum, or you could post for what you are looking for in the wanted section. Good luck

Just my luck. I'll be out there the weekend before! But we'll see. Thanks.

Join this Facebook group and toss a request up there. Allot of good members can probably help you find what you want. You didn’t mention if your looking for a base model or GXP but for a nice GXP you may have to adjust your high limit slightly. Year or so ago prices were really low, not so much now especially on coupes….

Did your wife change the plans for you?

I bought a Sky Redline about three years ago. My wife hates it. She's too short to see out the back, and constantly complains about the lack of trunk space. She doesn't like being so low to the ground, and will read the tire brands and tire sizes on the big trucks I roll up next to at a stop light.

LOL! That's funny! My wife is on the short side so it may have been an issue here too. We looked at a few. In my younger days there would have been no issue, done deal! Now the older more "sensible" me decided the Solstice wasn't an option. I really, really wanted one, but we have a dog that goes with us regularly, grandchildren who want to ride along, etc., no room for all this in a Solstice!
My wife owned a couple Mustangs in her earlier years so I figured this one's for her! End result, 2001 Mustang convertible (can I say Mustang here?) It's still a little hard for this old Pontiac faithful guy to say "let's go for a ride in the Mustang", but it's getting easier because it's a fun car to drive. We also own a Ford F150 pickup so the transition has been easier lol.
Thanks for the laff, wife got a kick out of it too.
And thanks to those here who tried to help.
