I am fortunate to own two pairs of NOS '72 T41 fenders, so I don't need or want to bid on this one.

Putting in my e-bay watch, so I can see what it brings, LOL!

I'll guess $950.00

Holy Cow Lloyd! TWO?! Wow is all I can say to that. Boy, I'd love to see your "collection"....especially when you get into your new digs... I've got a few sets myself, but not NOS.

Seen your posts on your house...looks awesome Lloyd.

Kind of a long story on how I ended up with two pairs.

Found both on e-bay, at about the same time. One pair was from a fellow in Arizona who was parting out an "in-progress" Cardinal Red '72 GTO 455 d-port car. I considered buying the entire car, but it needed to much for my taste. The fenders had been sprayed and bolted up, but were NOS pieces with the PN stickers intact. Also bought the 455 frame mounts and a few other misc pieces, all for $850.00!!!

The second set came from a fellow who had bought out someone's collection and was selling off part of it. I paid $1250.00 for two NOS fenders and a NOS front valance panel.

I felt pretty fortunate on both deals.

Don't get TOO excited, guys.

Just a little "sport" bidding to keep things interesting.

Two things will happen if the prices of parts continue to stay this high.

The first is that someone will be more likely to invest in the tooling to reproduce them.

The second thing is that some decent 70-72 Lemans endura cars will ended up getting parted out rather than fixed.

Hey Pat - don't ever worry about bidding against me, LOL! I'm easy to get along with, and would let you know if it's something I really gotta have.

Well, it went $819.00 - preety darned close to what I thought it might bring. Someone sniped it with 4 seconds remaining. I'm very glad I didn't win it, 'cause I don't need it!
