Default '61-'63 Tempest Convertible Top Boot Bracket

I need the bracket that attaches to the rear seat back cushion that the convertible top boot leading edge slides into. I need for a '63, but assume that all '61-'63 are the same? Please correct me if not true. Thank you!

I was PM’d last week by member “Jacky” saying his friend Fred Anderson had this part for sale. I emailed the provided address, and we agreed on a price which I payed using PayPal “friend and family”. The seller hasn’t responded to me in 5 days and I see member Jacky is suspended. I’m still hopeful I didn’t get ripped-off, but losing faith quickly. Does anyone know either of these guys?
