My 73 is as follows:
Right Front Fender 3A27R73= March 27th 1973 Left Front Fender 4B11B73= April 11th 1973 Do not know if the first A & B or in your case C are the shifts, but then the R & B I have no idea. So yours are: 3c21077 March 21, 1977 1c25r73 January 25, 1973
