It's got basic bolt ons: Long tubes, no cats, BTR camshaft, valve springs, 3200 stall etc etc. Makes for a fun driver. I've had this truck stripped down to a bare frame and cab, and built ït into what it looks like now. It's been a fun little project.

Wow sweet. How did you get away with MA inspection without cats? They don't look for those anymore?

They only plug into the obd2 port here to check vehicles. So a few key strokes with HP tuners and I can basically get any vehicle to pass inspection. They don't do any visual inspection. So basically as long as my lights work, and there's no CEL for emission codes, I pass no problem.

Sweet. Things have changed since I moved. Didn't they have cameras under the cars to inspect the undercarriage too?

They have cameras in the bay, but nobody is watching. None are under the cars, and they don't look at anything under the hood or the cars themselves. Basically it's just yearly extortion for $35 lol

I use an MVPI2. I think they're on #3 now. I don't know what the differences are.

In the 50's GMCs got upgraded engines over chevys. We rebuilt the factory Pontiac engine for one years ago
