Default EFI fan control

Those of you using a Holley Sniper/FiTEch EFI with electric fans. Are you using the efi's fan control or a separate controller ??

I have FAST, not those mentioned, but I let the ecu control the fans. It's reliable, though not as adjustable maybe as a laptop tunable ecu. Looking forward to my megasquirt install, as I think I'll be able to add more parameters than just temperature. Would be nice to use tps to have it automatically shut the fans off at freeway speeds.
