5 speed transmission

Thinking of swapping my 4 sp for a 5 sp
Who has replace the 4 speed in there 1967 GTO and replaced it with a 5 speed.
What 5 speed did you buy?
How many other parts did you have to buy to get everything working?
What was the total cost?
How hard was it to make the switch?
what differences has it made?
