If it was a 68 Firebird dash I would expect it to sell for $1k+

Never seen one before. Very nice piece. Got any more?

This is kinda wierd because there are 2 or 3 people out this way that have really nice 66 pads and can't move them at $250 or so. Shipping the killer part maybe, just getting it there in one piece.

well the good news of the New Year is the Pad has found a new home now on to moving the other parts !!

the member that purchased the pad asked not to disclose the price that it was sold for, the best that I can do it was under 1K

I didn't know it was for sale. I thought you were just trying to find out what it was worth. There was some local interest here in purchasing.

I wonder why the cloak of secrecy about price from the buyer? If I had bought it, I would have gladly posted the price. It's a valid, valuable reference for other restorers. Surely, life can't be that serious?

sorry guys for the secrecy of the buyer or the price I think the deal was fair for the both of us specially him giving me a lead on a car that I have been looking for and some parts in trade.if any one need a real nice used dash pad I will have one coming my way soon
